Michael Jackson's humanitarian work is almost as legendary as his dancing.  It is only fitting that fans worldwide join in an effort to mark Michael's birthday at the end of the month,  while giving a helping to those in need.

The group One Rose For Michael J Jackson, which recently helped deliver thousands of roses to Forest Lawn last June 25th,  have selected three (3) very important charities to guide fans in their own humanitarian gesture.

Donations are sent DIRECTLY to the organizations. No third party involved.

Here are all the information you need...to help MAKE THAT CHANGE:

1)  To Donate to St-Jude Research Hospital 

2) To Donate to American Vitiligo Research Foundation 

3) To Donate to UNICEF Immunizations


Again, ALL FUNDS go directly to each organization, not to One Rose, so you can be sure your money is really going to help those is need.

Esteemed members of One Rose for Michael J. Jackson. The journey of arising from the ashes and reforming this group and restrengthening the causes we believe in has been a long, hard effort, but we've made great strides in restoring this group's good name.

As many of you know, we've pulled through and thanks to Robyn, we've been able to continue our tradition of sending gorgeous, long-stemmed, freedom roses to Our Beloved Michael at Forest Lawn on June 25th.In 2010, the members of this group were able to shower Michael with 3,000 roses. Last year(2011), we filled Forest Lawn with 4,500 roses...this year, we'd love nothing more than to hopefully be able to shower Michael with even more beautiful roses.As a means to promote the purchasing of roses for Michael's anniversary, we have decided to hold a twitterthon on May 20, 2012.

While the slot is for 3hrs, please know that you do not have to tweet for the entire 3hrs. Contribute to the trending topic as much as you can for as long as you can. Every little bit counts and is appreciated!
